About
LET’S TALK TALENT ABOUT US
Who we are
We’re creative, agile, experienced pros who are challenging organizations across the UAE to create world-class experiences for their people.
The World of Work is changing, and in a region defined by ambition, diversity and momentum, the organizations winning the war for talent are the ones investing boldly in their people and their future.

Why We Opened Our UAE Office
Every great story of growth begins with a belief in what’s possible, and for Let’s Talk Talent, the UAE represented exactly that. As a business built on unlocking human potential, we saw in the region a rare convergence of ambition, diversity, and momentum: a place where organizations were investing boldly in their people and their future.
Opening our doors in the UAE wasn’t just a strategic step into a new market, it was a natural extension of our purpose, bringing our passion for developing talent to a community defined by the same drive to grow, innovate and lead. What started as a bold step into new territory has become one of the most exciting chapters in our journey.
We bring the same consumer lens we use across our business, understanding your strategy and your people’s wants and needs, and our promise is simple: we will stand with you, encouraging you to be brave, whilst still caring for you and your team. Together, we build an employee experience that delivers excellence from first contact through every stage of the journey.
